We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pack Leader Gear. This policy outlines the return, exchange, and refund process for the two categories of products we sell:

Leashes & Training Gear – Fulfilled directly by Pack Leader Gear

Apparel & Merchandise – Fulfilled by our third-party print-on-demand partner, Printful

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

LEASHES & TRAINING GEAR (FULFILLED BY PACK LEADER GEAR)

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

You may return or exchange unused leashes and training gear within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.

Returns are not accepted for items showing wear, damage, or alteration.

How to Initiate a Return

Email info@leadyourpacklv.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection of returned items.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

APPAREL & MERCHANDISE (FULFILLED BY PRINTFUL)

Final Sale Policy

All apparel and merchandise are made-to-order by Printful and are final sale, unless damaged, defective, or misprinted.

No returns or exchanges for wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please review product descriptions and size charts before purchase.

Damaged/Defective Items

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@leadyourpacklv.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

We will coordinate with Printful for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Only issued for defective or incorrect orders.

Printful typically processes refunds within 7–10 business days after approval.
