SECTION 24  PRODUCT USE, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT
By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Our leashes and training equipment are designed for responsible use by trained handlers. Improper use or misuse may result in injury to dogs, handlers, or third parties and voids any applicable warranty or liability. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to evaluate the suitability of our products for their individual dog and training methods.

All content and materials associated with Leader of the Pack and Pack Leader Gear, including but not limited to product design, branding, logos, photography, written content, packaging, and marketing materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Leader of the Pack and/or its licensors. Such materials may not be reproduced, copied, altered, or used for commercial purposes without our express prior written consent.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, policies, product availability, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Some merchandise sold through our store, such as apparel and accessories, may be fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand providers (e.g., Printful). These items may ship separately from other products and are subject to different return and refund policies.

By purchasing such items, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • These products are made to order and are typically final sale unless damaged, misprinted, or defective.

  • Shipping times for these items may vary based on the fulfillment provider and are not guaranteed.

  • Print-on-demand items may arrive in separate shipments and packaging from other items in your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by Printful or other third-party fulfillment partners once the item has been transferred for production and delivery.

If a third-party fulfilled item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@leadyourpacklv.com with your order number and photo documentation. We will coordinate a resolution with the fulfillment provider on your behalf.
