Printful (apparel & merchandise)

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

LEASHES & TRAINING GEAR SHIPPING
1. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
2. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
3. Tracking details are provided via email when shipped.
4. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

APPAREL & MERCHANDISE (PRINTFUL SHIPPING)
1. Made-to-order production time: 2–7 business days before shipping.
2. U.S. delivery time: 3–8 business days after production.
3. Ships separately from other products in your order.
4.  Multiple tracking numbers may be issued.
5. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been transferred to Printful for fulfillment.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Pack Leader Gear and Printful are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must file a claim with the carrier directly.
